It all started with Joe and Sara Ngo’s deep cultural influence and passion for flavor. Humble yet determined beginnings began with a food truck in challenging Oregon weather, a pandemic, rebranding, and overcoming roadblocks.
However, success was established with hard work, determination, and support from Oregon’s community. They thrive on unique pairings and homemade Asian fusion comfort food creations, which warm the soul and become the perfect recipe for success. Their driven team is proud to be minority-owned and part of downtown Salem’s buzz-worthy Fork Forty Food Hall.
